Mindfulness is the practice of becoming more fully aware of the present moment—non-judgmentally and completely—rather than dwelling in the past or projecting into the future. It generally involves a heightened awareness of sensory stimuli – noticing your breathing, feeling the sensations in the body and being “in the now.”

    At the Mindful foundation, we believe that mental health is everyones prerogative and that there is no shame in taking care of ones own peace of mind. Our interventions are rooted in Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy which will integrate with who you are as an individual and a human being. Our goal is to be your proactive mental health partner.This is a collaboration, a learning curve and we are in this together.
