Three Week : Introduction to Mindfulness

(Online via zoom: 90 mins sessions each week with sustaining practices throughout the week)
The ‘Introduction to Mindfulness’ course will offer a brief taste of mindfulness practice and theory. Sessions are group-based, involves a combination of teaching methods, practicing mindfulness, exploring key themes and applying it to everyday life followed by in-depth discussions.
